BIGFOOT JR. RANGER YOUTH PROGRAM
BIGFOOT JR. RANGER YOUTH PROGRAM
"These are photos of things that we have done being a member of the Bigfoot Management Junior Ranger Youth Program, looking for Bigfoot or Sasquatch. Our team leader, Service Director Happy Trails, teach us about, FAITH, FAMILY, and FUN. We learn basic survival and how to howl for Bigfoot and how each of us are Rangers of our own National Parks (our own bedrooms). This has taught us responsibility. Our uniforms are super cool, too. Hope you join us."
Brianna, President Greater Willamette Valley.
HI! My name is Brianna and I am the Bigfoot Management Junior Ranger President for the Greater Willamette Valley Chapter. We have so much fun and I am glad that I am a part of it.

“Guardians of the Wild – Protectors of Mystery, Faith, Family & Fun”
A faith-friendly, family-oriented national program for kids and teens (ages 6–17) that uses the legend of Bigfoot as a fun, imaginative hook to teach stewardship, responsibility, personal growth, biblical values, and outdoor appreciation—while every child literally manages their own “national park”: their bedroom.
Core Mission
“Keeping the wilderness safe for Bigfoot… and keeping God’s creation safe for us.” We protect the mystery, protect our families, protect our hearts, and protect our rooms!
The Bigfoot Management Oath (said at every meeting and when you earn your badge)
“I promise, as a Junior Ranger Bigfoot Guardian, to keep my park clean and safe, to honor God, love my family, have fun on the trail, and leave every place better than I found it—so there will always be room for wonder, and maybe even for Bigfoot.”
Program Structure (National, but run locally)
Open to any church, homeschool group, Christian school, Scout troop, 4-H club, or family that registers online for free.
Official charter packs mailed from National HQ (simple printable PDFs + wallet badge & patches available for purchase).
Three age divisions:
Cub Rangers (6–9)
Trailblazer Rangers (10–13)
Sentinel Rangers (14–17)
Your “Park” = Your Bedroom
Every Junior Ranger is officially assigned one national park: their own bedroom. It is logged in the National Bigfoot Ranger Registry as “________ National Bedroom Park” (e.g., “Emma’s Whispering Pines National Bedroom Park”).
Responsibilities of a Park Ranger for your bedroom park:
Keep it clean & picked up daily (habitat maintenance for Bigfoot & family peace)
Make your bed every morning (the “Ranger Ready” drill)
Have at least one “wilderness corner” with plants, rocks, or nature art
No trash or clutter (protects endangered sock monkeys and dust bunnies)
Weekly “Park Patrol Report” (simple checklist turned in to parents or club leader)
